From the start, our design team set out to create a destination vacation village like no other: an eco-conscious community where the natural world and human recreation can exist in harmony. Thinking sustainability, we planned the grounds to preserve mature trees and forest cover, creating sight lines that maximize views and protect personal space and privacy. Thinking pure enjoyment, we developed a plan for all-season cottages that families can return to again and again, creating traditions that last a lifetime. That’s how the Whitewater concept was born.

At Whitewater Village, shared ownership allows you to enjoy more of what everyone wants from a Canadian cottage: a place to call your own without the hassles of opening and closing up with the changing seasons. Being part of a shared ownership community gives you access to the members’ club for relaxed and informal socializing. No matter what time of year you come, you’ll always be greeted by friendly faces.
