With fractional ownership, you purchase as many shares as you like at the cottage of your choice. This is the cottage you and your family can call your own in every season.

Each cottage share at Whitewater Village entitles the owner to one designated week per season, and an additional week throughout the year. You select a full week of prime summer cottage experience and divide the rest of your time between spring, summer, fall and winter. One low annual fee covers the cost of property taxes and all of the services you receive from the Whitewater Village Resort Owners Association, including maintenance and cleaning before you arrive and on your departure.
