A visit to a Whitewater Village Open House allows guests to tour the beautiful waterfront property that Whitewater Village Cottage Club has been built on. In the Sales Center guests are able to speak with a sales representative, to learn about fractional ownership, the development site as well as the actual cottages. The first four cottages are often occupied but guests are able to have a clear idea of what the cottages look like, how they are built and often able to get a tour of the cottage if the time is suitable for the guests. To fully appreciate the investment potential of purchasing at Whitewater Village, we encourage all interested buyers to do the "point walk" which allows one to see all sides of the point and the stunning views as well as the layout and plan for the next five cottages to be built in September 2010.
